After much deliberation, we have decided to end our preferred provider (PPO) status with ALL dental insurance companies, Medicare, and HMO policy plans effective January 01 ,2023. We will continue to accept your dental PPO insurance; however, we will do so as an out-of-network provider. We would love the opportunity to review your plan with you and make sure that you fully understand how this may or may not impact you. We are also available to discuss your specific treatment plan if you are still in the middle of completing your outstanding treatment.

 

What does this mean for you?

You may receive dental care out of network. However, you must carefully read your specific policy to determine how your benefits will change. With some insurance plans, there is a little difference between in and out of network benefits. Feel free to call our office so that we can review your specific plan with you or any additional questions you may have.

As we have begun letting patients know recently about the change in our status, we have found that most of our patients have chosen to pay a slight co-pay, to keep the high level of care we provide. We understand that some patients may not have dental insurance. We don’t want that to stop you from getting the dental care that you need! We are now offering an In-House Membership Plan that is simple, comprehensive, and affordable. This membership plan covers your preventative care and gives you 20% discounts off other treatment. There are no waiting periods or pre-approvals, your benefits start immediately!
